Return / Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY:
Handsets may be EXCHANGED ONLY on or before the 7TH DAY of possession if verifiably defective. Handsets exchanged for different models and/or not verifiably defective will incur a $25 restocking fee. Service availability and coverage areas are not guaranteed and vary by carrier. Service and coverage issues do not constitute a defective device. Services are not guaranteed inside of any structure. All returns and exchanges must be in like new condition, in original undamaged packaging with all original product contents. Discontinued handsets are not returnable/exchangeable.

Accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE and are sold AS-IS with no implied warranty or guarantee. All warranties or guarantees are provided and serviced by manufacturer directly.

Services and Replenishments are NON-REFUNDABLE/EXCHANGEABLE and are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
